Anya Taylor-Joy as Luciana "Lucky" Armstrong - Taylor-Joy plays Lucky, a former con artist forced back into the criminal world after one last job goes disastrously wrong. Following acclaimed performances in The Queen's Gambit, Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, and The Menu, she leads the series with her signature mix of vulnerability and intensity. 

Annette Bening as Priscilla Matheson - The Academy Award nominated star portrays the formidable Priscilla Matheson, a powerful figure whose influence stretches deep into Lucky's past. Bening is best known for films such as American Beauty, The Kids Are All Right, and Nyad. 

Timothy Olyphant as John Armstrong - Olyphant plays John Armstrong, Lucky's father, whose complicated relationship with his daughter becomes central to the story. He is widely recognized for Justified, Deadwood, and Santa Clarita Diet. 

Clifton Collins Jr. as Harris Dutch - Collins Jr. appears as Harris Dutch, a dangerous figure from Lucky's criminal orbit. The veteran actor has earned praise for Jockey, Westworld, and Capote. 

Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor as Agent Billie Rand - Ellis-Taylor stars as FBI Agent Billie Rand, one of the relentless investigators pursuing Lucky. She previously received critical acclaim for King Richard, Origin, and When They See Us. 

Mo McRae as Agent Eli Gates - McRae plays Agent Eli Gates, who joins the federal investigation surrounding Lucky's case. His previous credits include The First Purge, Big Little Lies, and Sons of Anarchy. 

Quinn Aune as Young Lucky - Quinn Aune portrays the younger version of Lucky, offering glimpses into the childhood that shaped the woman audiences meet in the present timeline.

A past that refuses to stay buried

Lucky follows Luciana "Lucky" Armstrong, a woman who abandoned the life of scams and deception years ago in hopes of building something real. That fragile peace disappears after a multi million dollar heist collapses, forcing her back into the criminal world she thought she had escaped. Soon, she finds herself hunted by both the FBI and a ruthless crime boss, leaving trust in short supply and survival as her only priority.

Adapted from Marissa Stapley's bestselling novel and produced by Reese Witherspoon's Hello Sunshine, the series mixes high speed action with emotional drama. As Lucky revisits old alliances and painful family ties, the story becomes more about confronting the past she has spent years trying to outrun. The limited series premieres on July 15, 2026, with the first two episodes debuting together before weekly releases through August 19. 

With an award winning cast and a premise built on shifting loyalties, Lucky looks poised to become one of Apple TV+'s biggest thriller releases of the year.
