Cohen revealed back in June, on his Sirius XM's Andy Cohen Live, that the pair met at a Fourth of July party in 2025 and have been together for nearly a year. Andy Cohen recently joked about the couple's 16-year age gap while hosting Watch What Happens Live, showing that the difference in age is hardly a concern for either of them. Instead, he has repeatedly emphasized compatibility, explaining that he was never interested in settling simply for the sake of being in a relationship.

“I don’t want to be with the wrong person. I value my time too much. I value my life too much. And I have great friends and a great life and great kids. And you know, my criteria about what I was looking for never changed,” he said on Andy Cohen Live. 

That world also revolves around his two children, Ben and Lucy. Cohen has explained that he and Kevin Sobieski introduced the relationship to his family slowly and deliberately, allowing everyone to adjust at a comfortable pace.
