Invincible undeniably brings a star-studded cast, including Steven Yeun, Seth Rogen, Gillian Jacobs, Sandra Oh, Sterling K. Brown, Walton Goggins, and Mae Whitman, along with several surprising cameos. One such surprising cast member is Mark Hamill, best known for playing Luke Skywalker in the original Star Wars trilogy, who voices Art Rosenbaum in the series.

Now, another brilliant casting choice is Clancy Brown, who lends his voice to an Invincible character hailing from Hell.

Clancy Brown lends his voice to both Damien Darkblood and General Kreg in Invincible. Damien Darkblood is a former demon detective from Hell. He appeared in Season 1 but was ultimately sent to Hell by Cecil Stedman.

Damien Darkblood recently returned in Season 4, where he is seen summoning Invincible to Hell to help him and Satan fight a new mysterious power. As for General Kreg, he is a high-ranking officer and antagonist in the series, serving as the second-in-command of the Viltrum Empire. He has been a recurring presence since Season 2.

Apart from appearing in the show, Invincible, Brown has voiced multiple characters, including Hakon, Tomas Brod, and Wolf in Gargoyles, Tanuki Gonta in Pom Poko, and Raiden in Mortal Kombat: Defenders of the Realm. His notable live-action roles include films like Highlander, The Hurricane, and Last Light, among others. So, it is not a surprise then that Invincible cast added the actor to its cast.

Interestingly, even for the brief appearance of Satan in the animated series, the show brought a surprisingly big name.

Who voiced Satan in Invincible?

Satan first appeared as an unidentified demon in the post-credits scene of Invincible Season 3. In Season 4, it was revealed that the demon was none other than Satan. And the character is voiced by Bruce Campbell.

Campbell is best known for playing Ash Williams in Sam Raimi’s Evil Dead horror series, and he has frequently collaborated with Raimi over the years. He also made a cameo in Raimi’s Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Earlier in March, the actor announced on social media that he had been diagnosed with a type of cancer that is treatable, though not curable.

Hopefully, as tension continues to rise in the animated series, it will keep on bringing more intriguing cameos such as this one.
