Reports from local outlets and eyewitness accounts confirmed filming at recognizable landmarks including the historic Country Club Plaza, Overland Park, the legendary Gates Bar B.Q., and several sports venues and diners scattered throughout the Kansas metropolitan area. 

The choice was far from random. Jason Sudeikis, a Kansas native, has often celebrated his hometown roots, making the move feel like a personal full circle moment for both the actor and his fictional counterpart. Missouri's recently expanded film tax incentives also made the region an attractive production hub. After completing the Kansas schedule in late July, filming shifted back to London, restoring the familiar setting of AFC Richmond. That return ensures that while the series broadens its horizon, the heart of Nelson Road and the club that made audiences believe in "Believe" remains firmly intact.
