Production for Dracula: A Love Tale spanned from March to July 2024. The film’s diverse settings required shooting across several significant locations. The initial exterior filming was planned for Finnish Lapland but was later moved to the Kainuu region in Finland. This change was reportedly due to the latter area's reliable snowy landscapes, which were essential for sequences like the wolf meadow. The director later returned to Finland to set up his camera in Kuhmo for additional exterior shots.
A significant portion of the filming took place in France, including the Paris region. Studio work was conducted at the Dark Matters studios in Tigery (Essonne) and also included filming a scene at the historic Palais-Royal in Paris.
