16 years after her run on NBC’s 90s sitcom, Friends, Aniston ended up sharing
some of her insider advice about a recreational drug that someone was trying for
the very first time.

Back in 2020, Jennifer Aniston went on The Howard Stern Show to talk about how
far she had come since the beginning of her career. During the conversation, the
host ended up asking the actress to help him out and give his staffer, JD
Harmeyer, some advice on smoking cannabis for the first time. After asking him a
couple of questions about himself, she advised him, “Just pace yourself.”



Aniston then asked Harmeyer how he planned on ingesting it. However, he did not
