Lar Park Lincoln began her screen career in the 1985 television film Children of the Night, appearing alongside Kathleen Quinlan and Mario Van Peebles. She soon took on roles in television series such as Heart of the City, Hunter, Outlaws, and Highway to Heaven. In 1987, she starred in The Princess Academy and followed it up with her breakout horror role in Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood, portraying Tina Shepard, a teenager with telekinetic powers.

Lincoln joined Knots Landing in 1987, where she played Linda Fairgate, the daughter-in-law of Michele Lee’s character, for five seasons. Lincoln also played a mysterious character in Season 10, referred to as “Sally’s Friend,” appearing as a corpse across eight episodes. After her run on the series ended in 1991, she appeared in Freddy’s Nightmares. She also appeared in the teen drama Beverly Hills 90210, City of Justice, and later returned to horror in projects like Sky Sharks, 13 Fanboy, and Rose Blood.
