In a recent interview with Netflix Junkie, Sébastien Trahan, the director of Code of Conduct, talked a great deal about various aspects of the documentary. One of them was the growing popularity of the docufilm globally, and its growing demand, especially in the United States. Responding to which, the filmmaker gave a major streaming update on the documentary.

“We are aware of the demand and we see it and we’re really touched by it. I think it’s talk about the importance of the movie,” he said acknowledging the situation.

“We’re looking forward to announce something and I’m going to tell my team if something is concluded sooner than later to contact them,” said the director about his plans for a digital release in the US.

He further said that he feels extremely fortunate to have an excellent distributor in Canada called Cineflix. It is among Canada's largest distributors. They have a few plans and are working on them. He informed us that he and his team plan to put the documentary out soon, and that the response and distribution are just remarkable.

However, for the time being, they really want the expectation around the docufilm to grow. He has a few ideas about the release in the bag and would like to finalize something “sooner than later.” Therefore, without letting the world know the exact details of a possible digital US release, the director has built massive hype around the documentary.
