Marvel has made going above and beyond a component of its trademark. While this characteristic was earlier mostly seen in its movies, the studio has left no stone unturned in producing top-notch series for the last few years. Joining this catalogue is the upcoming VisionQuest.

Evidently, based on the story of Paul Bettany's Vision, and possibly the whole new direction that it is going to take, here is everything you need to know about VisionQuest.

Set after the Hex lifted from Westview and Wanda's tragic turn, VisionQuest is a direct sequel to WandaVision. The series follows Vision as he hides from those hunting him to turn him into a weapon, while battling the voices in his head, most notably Ultron.

Alongside Vision, the show will bring back Wanda and Vision's son, Tommy Maximoff. Whether Tommy's trail will lead him to Billy Maximoff, whom audiences met in Agatha All Along, remains to be seen.

With the premiere just around the corner, here is when and where VisionQuest will be releasing.

Ever since VisionQuest was reported to be in development in the October of 2022, Marvel fans have been keeping a hard watch on the clock. Fortunately, the trailer dropped in August of 2026, and now VisionQuest is set to release on October 14. Given that this is a Marvel production, the series will make its way directly to the Disney+ platform.

And if the approaching release date seems exciting, the cast list might just seal the deal.

Given that VisionQuest is a sequel, there are bound to be returning actors in the series. However, the 'quest' bit in the title leaves enough room for plenty of new actors. So while Paul Bettany returns as Vision, he is  joined by Ruaridh Mollica as Tommy Maximoff.

In the same way that James Spader is back as Ultron, Faran Tahir reprises his role as Raza, the Ten Rings leader first seen in Iron Man. Among the newcomers, T'Nia Miller plays Jocasta and Todd Stashwick plays Paladin, while James D'Arcy, Emily Hampshire, and Orla Brady play Vision's fellow artificial intelligences: J.A.R.V.I.S., E.D.I.T.H., and F.R.I.D.A.Y., respectively.
