The next chapter of Dwight Manfredi's Oklahoma saga now has an official date. Tulsa King Season 4 will premiere on Paramount+ on October 16, with new episodes arriving weekly. The announcement arrives alongside a first teaser and a batch of first-look images, putting Sylvester Stallone's mafia capo back in the spotlight as Dwight prepares for another round of power struggles. 

Paramount+ has also confirmed that Gretchen Mol is joining the series as a Season 4 regular, adding another intriguing player to an already crowded criminal chessboard.

The returning ensemble includes Martin Starr, Jay Will, Vincent Piazza, Annabella Sciorra, Chris Caldovino, McKenna Quigley Harrington, Frank Grillo, Mike “Cash Flo” Walden, James Russo, Kevin Pollak, Neal McDonough, Garrett Hedlund and Dana Delany. Terence Winter, who helped establish the show's original crime-drama DNA, is back as head writer and executive producer, while Taylor Sheridan remains among the executive producers alongside Stallone and the show's producing team.

For Stallone, the role represents another fascinating late-career reinvention. Dwight is not Rocky Balboa and he is certainly not John Rambo, but the character draws from the same Stallone mythology: an older man who refuses to become irrelevant, even when the world around him insists that his time has passed.

Season 4 finds Dwight attempting something almost foreign to the old-school mobster: legitimacy. He wants to protect the empire he has painstakingly assembled while moving it further into the legitimate world. That ambition immediately puts him in the crosshairs of corrupt politicians, dangerous new adversaries and a devastating personal loss. The official Season 4 setup makes clear that the battle will not simply be about territory or money. 

That tension pushes Tulsa King deeper into the contradiction that has always made Dwight compelling. He wants to evolve beyond the criminal instincts that defined his New York years, yet every new threat keeps pulling him back toward them. The arrival of Gretchen Mol as Tulsa politician Amanda Clark also introduces another potentially volatile force into the equation.

For Stallone, it is another chapter in a remarkable cinematic second act. The actor who once made audiences believe in an underdog boxer and an unstoppable Vietnam veteran has found a different kind of longevity as Dwight Manfredi, trading boxing gloves and military hardware for tailored suits, cigars and mob politics.
