It is quite an eventful year for Tom Holland, who is thriving both professionally and personally. While the actor has yet to comment on his wedding rumors, he did have plenty to say about this year’s intriguing film lineup and press tour for The Odyssey and Spider-Man: Brand New Day, arriving around the same time. Speaking about both projects, Holland admitted that he feels nervous about the intense workload and promotional events, and at the same time, excited to do more.

For Holland, the excitement seems to come not only from having two major films arriving so close together, but also from navigating the demands that follow.

Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter during BERO's second annual Padel Classic, Tom Holland explained that there will be several promotional events ahead of both the films, The Odyssey and Spider-Man: Brand New Day. And while he is terrified about such a busy schedule, he is also excited about returning to the events related to the community. The actor seemed interested in being part of the events that not only promote the films but also a good cause that can make a real contribution to society.

“I’m not going to lie and say that I’m not daunted by the travel and the number of events we are going to. But one of the things that I love, especially for Spider-Man, is that the movie is all about community,” he said.

“All of these stops that we’re doing, we are working in cultural events, community events, and there will be charitable components.

He further shared that he feels excited to finally step back onto the press tour circuit for Spider-Man, especially since his last outing, Spider-Man: No Way Home, was released in 2021. He recalled how most of those press tours were conducted over Zoom and other virtual events. At the same time, he expressed eagerness about joining Matt Damon for the press tour of The Odyssey.

“I’m excited to go on a press tour for The Odyssey with Matt Damon and learn from him and watch the way he navigates it.
