Hollywood has given Tom Holland and Zendaya a rather enviable double act: swoon-worthy romance on one side, staggering bank balances on the other. The married stars reportedly command a combined $65–$70 million, with Zendaya collecting Euphoria and luxury-fashion riches while Holland lets Spider-Man do what spiders do best: spin money into gold.

Then came 2026, when The Odyssey and Spider-Man: Brand New Day added billion-dollar box-office sparkle, making a better look at their $22 million property portfolio irresistible.

1. The Richmond residence

Tom Holland planted the couple’s London flag in Richmond when he bought the Victorian-style brick property in 2018 for around $3.35 million. After a multi-year, seven-figure renovation, the residence was transformed into a sleek three-floor sanctuary, with Zendaya moving in around 2023 as the home’s story became decidedly more two-person.

During the massive event he also promoted his latest Marvel film SPIDER-MAN: BRAND NEW DAY praising the Spanish national soccer team while showing support for his native England. The upgraded property is now estimated at roughly $4.7 million, and the amenities hardly whisper modesty. Six bedrooms sit alongside an open-plan kitchen and living area, while bifold glass doors open onto the secluded garden. Downstairs, Tom Holland has a private gym, recovery area, sauna, cinema room, and game room, all protected behind an eight-foot security gate.

2. The Quay Tower condo

Zendaya brought a little Manhattan glamour into the couple’s New York routine with a nearly $5 million condo at Quay Tower in Brooklyn Heights. Purchased in 2021 for approximately $4.9 million, the waterfront residence gives the actor a polished East Coast base whenever Hollywood sends the pair across the country. It is quite the urban escape.

3. The Enicino estate

Zendaya secured the couple’s Los Angeles retreat when she purchased a ranch-style estate in Encino for $3.97 million in 2019. Tucked behind gates on a sprawling 3.72-acre property, the secluded compound has since climbed past $5.3 million in estimated value. Mature oak trees and private hiking trails make this less Hollywood home and more private hideaway.

The main residence stretches across more than 5,100 square feet, with six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, hardwood floors, and a minimalist aesthetic. An eat-in kitchen, brick fireplaces, private balcony, soaking tub, and custom dressing room keep things suitably lavish. Outside, a guesthouse, updated pool, spa, and entertainment patio turn the grounds into a resort of their own.

4. The Hollywood compound

Zendaya has been quietly turning the Hollywood Hills into her own private real estate kingdom, spending a combined $8.5 million on two neighboring properties. The centerpiece is a $6.5 million, four-bedroom midcentury ranch once owned by Ashley Tisdale, complete with a guesthouse, kidney-shaped pool, and Japanese-inspired gardens. In early 2026, Zendaya added the adjoining $2 million property, a four-bedroom midcentury home with original wood paneling and a koi pond, creating an approximately 0.6-acre compound built for privacy.

5. The Northridge mansion

Zendaya was only 20 when she made her first serious real estate move, purchasing her $1.4 million Northridge mansion in 2016 and holding onto it ever since. The 4,155-square-foot Mediterranean-style estate has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a grand foyer dominated by the Cinderella-inspired spiral staircase that reportedly sealed the deal for the young star. And while Jacob Batalon may claim credit for bringing the couple together, even he cannot take credit for this particular property portfolio, which makes their $22 million real estate collection almost as impressive as their billion-dollar box-office run.
