"It's like what athletes do to try and lose weight really quickly. But one of the side effects of it is that it really accentuates the work you've been doing in the gym. And for me, it didn't do any of that. It just really pissed me off cuz I was so thirsty," Holland told the Dish Podcast.

The preparation was for a hot tub sequence featuring Florence Pugh, one of the film's lighter moments amid the superhero action.
