Will Smith was at one point hailed as the king of the box office and while all his performances are amazing only two are "perfect".

Throwback to When Academy Award Winner Will Smith Revealed His “Perfect” Movies

Will Smith [https://www.netflixjunkie.com/tag/will-smith/], through decades of
work in the industry, has proved that there is no task too tall for him. Often
referred to as the box office King or Mr. July due to his consecutive success,
Smith, more than an actor, is a chameleon of the stage and screen. He is equally
convincing as a hard-working father, as he is a quirky cop, making it a daunting
task to pick the best among his roles.

While the audience may struggle in choosing what is Will Smith’s best work much
like the Academy that finally decided upon King Richard, the actor has a few in
mind. And surprisingly, he does not count his Oscar-nominated performance in Ali
as one.

Will Smith revealed while speaking to GQ in 2021 that he believes The Pursuit of
Happyness and Men In Black are “almost-perfect” movies. And while opinions may
defer, this is not an unpopular one given how The Pursuit of Happyness earned
him an Oscar nomination in the Best Actor category while Men In Black is among
his highest-earning blockbusters.

In his three-decades-long career in Hollywood, the 54-year-old actor in
Hollywood has made a gazillion movies. And while many were blockbuster hits,
there are plenty of duds as well

However, not one had a lackluster performance by Smith. This is why there are
many underrated Will Smith movies that are just as perfect as the one he picked.

WHAT IS THE MOST UNDERRATED WILL SMITH MOVIE?

When it comes to a larger-than-life star such as Will Smith, it seems out of
place to use ‘underrated’. However, despite being well acquainted with his
movies, and breaking ceilings in terms of box office records, Smith still has a
treasure box of unrecognized movies. One of the most applauded among them is the
Enemy of the State.

While we love an action extravaganza starring the actor, it is in subtle roles
that he hits the ball out of the park, and he does just that in the Ridley Scott
directorial. The Oscar winner plays a lawyer who fights nail and tooth to
survive after a government agency locks him as a target. Not only is there an
element of danger in the movie, but Smith also puts to use his family man front.
While it did not make it big at the box office, it remains of his most
enthralling movies for die-hard fans.

Meet Aliza Siddiqui, a Hollywood News reporter at Netflix Junkie. Her love affair with Hollywood began with Anne Hathaway and The Princess Diaries, but it was the thrilling climax of Don’t Look Up that cemented her infatuation with the industry and its filmmaking. Aliza's journey into entertainment reporting began with her time at Otakukart, where she wrote over a thousand articles. Her writing style is cheeky and engaging, as seen in her report "Somewhat Alarmed," where she narrates Jimmy Kimmel's hilarious story of how Jason Bateman tricked him into gecko-sitting. Aliza's ultimate dream is to study and critique films that capture her imagination and the attention of movie-goers worldwide. When she is not busy binge-watching Sacha Baron Cohen movies and The Office, she loves to curl up with a weathered copy of a Khaled Hosseini or Indu Sundaresan book.
