On Paramount+, it is one of the most-watched movies in places like Germany and the United Kingdom.
It is also ranking in the top 10 on HBO Max in countries like the Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand. Viewers across different countries seem drawn to the film, which follows a group of teenagers at Camp Crystal Lake as, one by one, they fall victim to a ruthless, unseen ki----.
The franchise already has 12 more movies, which rival some of the best horror titles on Netflix. This means the love for horror and suspense is only growing, and now, it is getting yet another chapter.
