Mia McKenna-Bruce as Andrews: Mia McKenna-Bruce, who played the role of Bundle Brent in the series, Agatha Christie's Seven Dials. She will play the role of Andrews.
Natalie Dormer as Sarah Ferguson: Dormer is well known for her roles as Margaery Tyrell in Game of Thrones and Queen Anne Boleyn in The Tudors.
Ed Speleers as Thomas Cressman: Speleers has earlier appeared in Alice Through the Looking Glass and Irish Wish. He will play the role of businessman Thomas Cressman.
Christopher Dunne (The Real Will Wood) as Harry Cressman

The ITVX drama series The Lady, premiered in the UK on February 22, 2026. For the United States however, The Lady is set to release on BritBox on March 18. The series is written by Debbie O'Malley and directed by Lee Haven Jones. While the drama is based on a true story, several scenes have been fictionalized, and a few character names have also been changed.
