Natalie Dormer as Sarah Ferguson: Dormer is well known for her roles as Margaery Tyrell in Game of Thrones and Queen Anne Boleyn in The Tudors.

Ed Speleers as Thomas Cressman: Speleers has earlier appeared in Alice Through the Looking Glass and Irish Wish. He will play the role of businessman Thomas Cressman.

The ITVX drama series The Lady, premiered in the UK on February 22, 2026. For the United States however, The Lady is set to release on BritBox on March 18.
