Just as fans have been buckling up their seatbelts to welcome the priority MCU lineup of the year with Deadpool & Wolverine, the stars have been gearing up to ensure it is one big rollercoaster ride. Hence, following the far and wide speculations about the movie’s villain’s forces, in a recent interview with the Empire Magazine for their Deadpool & Wolverine issue, Ryan Reynolds described Emma Corrin’s villain as the “kind of villain I love”.

By now, fans are more or less familiar with the plethora of Marvel character cameos comprising Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool & Wolverine. However, amidst the intense anticipation, concerns have arisen about whether these cameos might overshadow the main characters. But, Shawn Levy, acting as a responsible creator, alleviated fans' worries by revealing to Entertainment Weekly recently that the cameos were integrated into the plot as needed.

Reportedly, Levy and the team did not compile a "wishlist" for Marvel cameos; instead, they allowed the story to "dictate" the characters' appearances. He cited Aaron's return as Pyro as a natural outgrowth of this approach. Levy assured fans that each cameo served a purpose within the narrative, dispelling fears of the spotlight being stolen from the heroes. However, with Reynolds endorsing Emma Corrin's portrayal of Cassandra Nova, it appears that the supervillain is poised to make a significant impact regardless of the cameo appearances' prominence.
