The Hunt, from creator and director Cédric Anger, follows Franck and his friends, who typically spend their weekends hunting. However, trouble begins when they cross paths with another group of hunters who turn aggressive and start firing at them. In retaliation, Franck and his friends end up shooting a member of the rival group.

Although they return to their homes as if nothing happened, it is not long before they begin to feel watched, chased, and hunted by the other hunters seeking revenge. Apart from its intense and thrilling premise, the show also features a compelling and unique talent for the series.

Back in December, Apple TV+ pulled the French thriller The Hunt just a week before its premiere after plagiarism allegations surfaced, citing similarities to Shoot by Douglas Fairbairn.
