The Boys Season 5 finale will be in theaters for one night only, and tickets for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity understandably cost around $20 to $30. However, this is not a traditional movie ticket but rather a concession voucher which is to secure seats. Unfortunately, discounts cannot be applied to these tickets.

As reported by many eager fans, tickets are available at select theater locations and are selling fast. The official sites of Fandango and Regal Movies also show tickets available for the eighth episode. Regal Cinemas, AMC Theatres, B&B Theatres, Marcus Theatres, Cineplex, Cinema West, Cinépolis, and Regency Theatres are among the several locations across the USA and Canada that will premiere the final episode.

The theatrical release of Stranger Things Season 5 was a major success, earning more than $25 million, so expectations are equally high for The Boys. However, unlike the Stranger Things Season 5 finale, which ran for nearly two hours, The Boys finale will not be as long. As Eric Kripke suggested to Collider’s Steve Weintraub, the episode will not exceed one hour and six minutes.

But regardless of the shorter runtime, the finale has everyone tense, including Kripke himself, who admitted feeling worried while creating the last episode.

Eric Kripke opened up about his fear while making The Boys ending

The pressure of creating the ending episode for one of the best shows, The Boys was immense for Eric Kripke. He was terrified about how the audience would react, and that played a major role in his putting extreme caution and care into The Boys Season 5 finale. In his interview with The River and Polygon, he opened up about his fears.

“I approached it with absolute terror. I was not cool or confident,” Kripke said.

“I was very careful and combing through every word and kicking every tire I could and questioning everything,” Kripke added. “I think we pulled it off, question mark.”

He even spoke about Game of Thrones and said that the show was impressive in every season but only faltered in its last three episodes. Because of that, a massive portion of the fandom was quick to call the entire show worse. So, he was especially tense about The Boys ending.

However, while he appears nervous, he is also confident about how he wanted The Boys to conclude and do justice to both the show and its characters. That perhaps could assure fans that they can expect an intriguing ending. The final episodwill be available to stream on May 20, 2026.
