Although the actress has previously raved about her ways of staying in shape, Sweeney once opened up about how she would be tackling her latest superhero role.

Just last year, <a href="https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-features/sydney-sweeney-fame-emmys-euphoria-the-white-lotus-1235186681/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sydney Sweeney sat down with Hollywood Reporter</a> to talk about her upcoming film with Dakota Johnson, Madame Web. It was the first time that the actresses were straying so far away from their usual roles. However, the 26-year-old seemed to have a plan. She revealed that she had opted to do Reformacore Pilates, which helps improve flexibility, strength, and endurance.

Her workout might be way more intense than regular pilates. That is why Sweeney ended up giving up on it by the time her birthday rolled around. In September, the day after the actress&#8217; birthday, she posted a story to her Instagram that featured her at Solidcore, a pilates studio that focused on a different type of exercise than Reformacore. Unlike the other one, the star&#8217;s latest workout focuses more on a high-intensity, low-impact full-body routine.

<h2>When will Madame Web be released?</h2>
Last year was not a great year for Hollywood. With the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes halting all films and pushing them back, many projects ended up being delayed. Initially, the upcoming Spiderman spinoff was set to release in July of last year, but will now be released on Valentine&#8217;s Day.

With the film release only weeks away, it will not be long before fans see Sweeney take over the spotlight with promotions for her film. However, this time, it might not be like it was with Anyone But You. However, with Dakota Johnson and the rising actress both stepping out of their comfort zones, the upcoming film is sure to be a complete trip for all the superhero fans out there.
