The online frenzy regarding whether Sydney Sweeney utilizes breast implants has been emphatically debunked by the actress herself, who maintains a policy of complete honesty concerning her body. "I’ve never gotten anything done," she told Variety in an interview dated October 27. She has added that she is extremely fearful of needles, a profound aversion that prevents her from getting any tattoos or undergoing cosmetic procedures, including injections or surgery. And not getting these procedures is why she knows she will "age gracefully."

Sydney Sweeney firmly rejected the notion that her looks are the result of any form of artificial enhancement, insisting that her current physical traits are simply the product of her natural genetic makeup. She points out, while speaking to Variety, that comparison pictures frequently circulating online often juxtapose her current adult appearance with photos taken when she was just a child, around twelve years old, asserting that a person naturally changes over fifteen years.
