Sydney Sweeney is having the sweetest run in Hollywood, but behind her success lies the secret of many difficult nights to land her dream.

Sydney Sweeney Addresses the “difficult nights” She Witnessed Before Becoming Hollywood’s It Girl

Fans were blessed with the gorgeous Sydney Sweeney
[https://netflixjunkie.com/tag/sydney-sweeney/] attending multiple events these
past few months. Not only did the Euphoria star become Variety’s honoree and
dazzle the stage in Alexander McQueen pumps, but also graced her South Korean
fans at the Samsung Ball event. Apart from the Hollywood studded castings in
several upcoming films, the Madame Web actress had pleasant encounters with
Korean actors and pop singer groups. There is no doubt that she is finessing her
way into the newfound stardom.

But everything isn’t as easy as it seems. While the Spokane native worked
tirelessly to climb her way up the ladder of fame and be the Gen-Z’s It Girl. In
a recent interview, The Voyeurs actress got candid about spending several
“sleepless nights.“

THE YEARS OF HARD WORK BEHIND “FIVE SERIES”

In an interview just 24 hours after co-star, Angus Cloud’s passing away, which
saw the Euphoria cast paying tribute to him
[https://www.netflixjunkie.com/hollywood-news-im-smiling-now-zendaya-joins-sydney-sweeney-and-others-as-the-euphoria-cast-pays-a-hearty-tribute-to-angus-cloud/],
the actress stood by her word and got into a conversation with S Moda. While the
actress found words stuck in her throat about the enormous loss that the
industry experienced, she got into other details about her life and her journey
in Hollywood. It is no wonder that the self-made star had the fruits of her
labor after endlessly working hard and “difficult nights” for ten long years.

“Oh, I’m definitely used to rejection. I am known for five series, but I have
spent 10 years doing 3 to 10 castings a week in which they said no,” said the
actress to S Moda

Sweeney has always been a great sport in interviews. Her honest conversations
are not only a great source of inspiration, but also a testament of how far and
hard the actress has persevered to make her dreams come true. Facing the harsh
truths does not always come easy, but accepting and pushing through is even
tougher and she has done it plenty of times in the past. While the rejections
were tough, she did not let it take a toll on her self-esteem. Being focused and
determined at a young age, the actress still showcases her growth and ambition
to date. Moreover, the clarity of her goals made her “determined” to achieve all
that she wished for.

Another testament to her passion came back in 2018 when the actress had a
straight two-word answer to a question.

NO BACKUP PLANS FOR SYDNEY SWEENEY

While being told no at a very young age, multiple times is difficult for
youngsters, if not everyone, the Euphoria star pushed through. At the age of 25,
the American actress already landed sweet deals with Miu Miu, Armani, and many
more. Her success in Hollywood directly translated into glamourous deals. And it
seems like the actress was fixated on this type of success. In 2018, the
Euphoria star got candid in an interview with Schon. Upon being asked what her
“Plan B” would be if not acting, the actress quickly said, “still acting.”

Holding no hard feelings for this very logical question, the actress also
confirmed that her entrepreneurship degree wasn’t a backup plan. School had
never been a backup plan for her but a priority, a need even, in her eyes, to
survive in the industry. Needless to say, the Reality star had only eyes set on
one thing.
