"This film is such an original science fiction story about the idea of nonhuman life existing in other worlds and that we are not alone," Blunt explained during the preview. The high-concept story follows a meteorologist named Margaret who suddenly becomes imbued with highly extraordinary abilities.

Margaret teams up with cybersecurity administrator Daniel Kellner to navigate the immediate dangers surrounding their world-changing secret. The duo must desperately flee from a highly ruthless, shadowy government agency determined to prevent the truth from being exposed.

“They are being chased down by the highest form of shadowy government, who are trying to stop them from revealing this truth to the world”, Emily Blunt said. These unexpected extra-terrestrial gifts deeply challenge the personal values and core beliefs of the characters as the fateful timeline approaches.
