Spider-Noir arrived with Ben Reilly and several familiar characters, plunged deep into the dark and gritty Depression era. One such character is the femme fatale Cat Hardy, portrayed by Li Jun Li, who recently opened up about the experience of playing the complex role. Li has become a household name following her brilliant performances in Sinners and Babylon.

And considering her previous projects, which were all set in the same timeline, Jun Li is no stranger to playing complex characters in period dramas. Apart from drawing inspiration from her previous role, Jun Li's vocal prowess also helped her in bringing the character of Cat Hardy to life.
