And this could not have been any truer for Chris Olsen, who recently dropped a memoir. 

Aptly titled, I Think My Therapist Hates Me, dives into Olsen's journey with substance abuse. And if the memoir ever reaches the screen, Olsen already has a lead in mind.

At 28 years old, Chris Olsen has released a profound memoir about how he got back up following his substance abuse. While many may say that is quite early for a memoir, Olsen believed to have learned enough to be out with one. And as the memoir dropped, several messages from those struggling about how helpful it had been, the digital creator could not have been happier.

In fact, he is so happy that he joked about how Harry Styles could take on the lead role if there were to be a biographical movie. 

"It would have to be someone humble like Harry Styles," the creator joked while speaking to Variety.

After jokingly naming Harry Styles to Variety, the digital creator clarified that he would prefer a newcomer to take on his role. While it is unclear if Olsen's story will make it to the screen in the form of a biography, Olsen has joined the long list of celebrities who have turned authors through memoirs.

While Chris Olsen has earned the designation of an author through his own heartfelt story, several other celebrities have walked the distance to turn their experiences into best-sellers. A notable name in this category would be Millie Bobby Brown, who released her historical fiction novel in 2023 when she was just nineteen years old.

The book further went on to become a New York Times bestseller. While Brown took the fictional ladder to the best-selling shelf, Prince Harry, much like Chris Olsen, dropped what is widely referred to as a bombshell memoir in the form of Spare. Furthermore, Sylvester Stallone, Christina Applegate, and Lena Dunham have all joined Olsen on the list of celebrities who have released memoirs in 2026. So while it remains uncertain whether Harry Styles will be among the cast of his hypothetical biography, Chris Olsen himself is dancing with the stars.
