Now, she is returning with the upcoming adaptation of Wuthering Heights, where Robbie once again pulled double duty, serving as both producer and actor, and that effort did not go unnoticed. 

Her co-star, Shazad Latif, who watched the actress juggling both duties as well as personal life, was deeply impressed and inspired by her work.

Margot Robbie welcomed her first child with her husband, Tom Ackerley, on October 17, 2024. Soon after, the actress returned to work, beginning filming for Wuthering Heights in 2025, all while balancing both her professional commitments and new motherhood. Her exceptional dedication was praised by her co-star Shazad Latif at the premiere of Wuthering Heights, where he acknowledged the effort she poured into the project.

"She was producing the movie, she's the lead actor, she's doing 53 costume changes every three minutes, she just had a baby — it's just impressive to be operating on that kind of level," he said.

Variety once revealed how she keeps track of everything, including shooting schedules and budgets, even going as far as asking to be cc’d on every email to stay fully in the loop. Given Latif’s praise, it’s clear she pulled out all the stops for this dreamy and bold adaptation of Charlotte Brontë’s novel.

That same commitment carried over to the Los Angeles premiere of the film, where Robbie also made a striking appearance, pulling off a dazzling look for the night.

Margot Robbie made sure to turn heads during her appearance at the Los Angeles premiere of Wuthering Heights. The actress wore a striking crimson-and-black gown. And she paired it with a dramatically flared skirt blending deep red and black tones, which is both dark and romantic, much like the story itself. 

She completed the look with an updo and a pendant choker. Joining her on the carpet was her co-star, Jacob Elordi. He kept it equally impressive in an all-black outfit, pairing it with a scarf and cummerbund. If this appearance is anything to go by, Wuthering Heights is leaning all the way into high drama both on and off screen.
