Jane Leeves’ daughter, Isabella, had her first proper job in her career with Modern Family. Leeves is one of the most famous names in the entertainment industry. She is well known for playing Daphne Moon on the NBC sitcom Frasier and Joy Scroggs in Hot in Cleveland.

Her daughter, Isabella Coben, also showed an interest in following in her mother’s footsteps by exploring opportunities in acting from a young age. However, Leeves was reluctant to let her daughter pursue an acting career so early in life. And that led Coben to put in all the effort to begin her acting journey.

Jane Leeves recently joined Jesse Tyler Ferguson for his show, Dinner's On Me. When asked about her daughter, Isabella Coben, the actress shared that she had started her career quite early with her debut in Modern Family and later got a role in Young Sheldon. However, as the actress revealed, she did not want Coben to start her acting career early.

“‘And I said, "Well, no, no, no. you have to finish school.’ but she begged and begged and begged and she did the sort of get out of school early exams, you know, passed them all and said now,” she recalled.

Eventually, after an audition process, Leeves’ daughter got the opportunity and appeared in one of the most famous sitcoms. The episodes of Modern Family are available to stream on Hulu and Peacock. The actress further revealed that Coben is also passionate about writing.

This is evident since Leeves asked her daughter to co-write her memoir, Daphne & Me: My Life on 'Frasier' (And a Bit More). Leeves told Tyler Ferguson during the show that she was offered a ghostwriter who could help her with the book. However, she ultimately decided to work on it with her daughter. Leeves went on to explain that she trusted her daughter and had faith in her ability to help her write the book.

The famous sitcom Frasier has 11 seasons, and all episodes are available to watch on Paramount+ and Prime Video. It ran from 1993 to 2004 and followed psychiatrist Frasier Crane, who returns to his hometown of Seattle. Frasier was played by Kelsey Grammer, while Jane Leeves played Daphne Moon.

Peri Gilpin, David Hyde Pierce, and John Mahoney are also part of the cast. This is the third spin-off and a sequel to the sitcom Cheers. The show is now available for fans to binge-watch before or after reading Leeves’ book.
