his diet? Yes. It is true. The 75-year-old apparently revealed in his Netflix
documentary that he “was never a fanatic about diet.” That is not all. When
required, the former governor of California would also rely on vitamins and
other such regimens of supplements.



He made sure to eat enough according to his body-building goals. For instance,
when Schwarzenegger would want to cut weight, he would eat a lot of protein.
Furthermore, he also stated he would start eating towards the other half of the
day to lose weight. Countless hours of intense training, strict dieting, and an
unwavering commitment to his craft marked the Commando actor’s journey to
becoming the undisputed king of bodybuilding.
