“Roll out of bed and don’t think.” The most important advice from the icon here is that one should not waste time pondering over whether to hit the gym or not. Rather, it should come as a first instinct and something that needs to be done. Next, he went over and highlighted the importance of warming up before a workout.
The next tip is to “&#8230;keep your head up and your chest out”. Finally, Schwarzenegger offers a concluding tip to always give each workout the maximum potential one has. For example, when lifting weights, one should complete a rep all the way and not a set of half-attempted reps. “&#8230;don’t think, just do,” is what the legend advises.
