Bullock has often used such milestones to reflect on family, and this gesture proved no different. The tribute arrived just weeks after she paid a similar homage to her late mother.

Sandra Bullock took to Instagram on Sunday to share three rare photographs of her father, John Wilson Bullock, who died in 2018 at the age of 93. The images spanned a warm embrace, him cradling her children, Louis and Laila Bullock, as babies, and a youthful throwback from his army days.
"He loved me through my goth period... Loved on the loves of my life... And loved our country at 18," her caption read.
She then added, "Happy Heavenly Father's Day, Dad ❤️," closing the post on a tender note.
John Wilson Bullock served in the U.S. Army during WWII and earned a Bronze Star for his service. While stationed in Nuremberg, Germany, he oversaw the Army's Military Postal Service and met Helga Meyer, an opera singer and voice teacher who later became his wife. The couple eventually settled in Virginia, where John worked as a Pentagon contractor and an Army civilian employee while also coaching voice lessons on the side. He raised four daughters, including Sandra and her sister, Gesine Bullock-Prado.
While Sandra Bullock celebrated family ties, another co-star surfaced online to mark a different kind of milestone entirely.
