He previously stole the spotlight with his bizarre French accent in The King, and now he is once again grabbing attention for his unrecognizable look in Dune: Part Three. His blonde hairstyle has particularly caught the attention of fans, but more importantly, Denis Villeneuve. 

Recently, the actor revealed a fascinating remark he received from the film’s director, Denis Villeneuve. 

Perhaps it is Robert Pattinson’s blonde, back-brushed, sleek hairstyle that makes his hairline appear pushed further back, or the bleached eyebrows add to it, but his forehead look noticeably wider. While fans have praised how unrecognizable Pattinson looks in Dune: Part Three, the actor also received a bizarre yet flattering compliment from the film’s director, Denis Villeneuve.

“It is so sexy. I love the hairline. It’s so sexy,” Pattinson revealed Villeneuve’s reaction on Jimmy Kimmel Live!.

Pattinson is set to play the villainous character Scytale, drawn from Frank Herbert’s books. And not just his look, but Pattinson’s incredible versatility to play this mysterious new character has also been widely praised on social media even before the release of the movie. In one scene, he appears amid a crowd of native Fremen people, and his expression in the movie, even if for a brief time, has gone viral.

But Pattinson’s chameleon-like transformation in movies is not his only talent, as his co-star Zendaya reveals a hilarious detail of being a pathological liar.

This is the question that Zendaya, who has filmed three movies with co-star Robert Pattinson, also seemingly wonders about. During her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, she explained that Pattinson told her he is a pathological liar. Yet, even that confession is made so convincingly that she is not sure whether he is telling the truth or not.

“The first time we kind of hung out when we were preparing for 'The Drama' that was one of the first things he said: ‘Yeah I used to be a pathological liar,’” Zendaya explained.

“And I was like, ‘are you being serious or are you lying? I can’t tell,” she joked about it.

Clearly, both Pattinson and Zendaya were joking about the "pathological liar” remark. But it also shows Pattinson’s incredible acting talent. He has already shown his versatility in The Lighthouse, and Dune: Part Three is where he shows his talents again.
