From his earliest days, Prince Harry prince found himself thrust into the spotlight, facing unrelenting scrutiny and invasive coverage. Prince Harry’s journey through the lens of media scrutiny is a gripping narrative of resilience. A narrative that the Duke has indulged in greatly since the Megxit. Not only did the Prince take his wife out of the country and condemn the overwhelmingly negative coverage about her, but is also fighting a war in the courtroom.
The Duke of Sussex has been visiting his home country from time to time due to the ongoing legal battle against the publishers of a British tabloid company. However, he might not be going back anytime soon.

In a bold move, Prince Harry has taken legal action against a British tabloid, challenging their invasive coverage. The Duke’s case is against the investigators working for News Group Newspapers, who he alleges targeted him. Despite his claim being one among the notable names of Michael Le Vell, actress Nikki Sanderson, and Fiona Wightman, the trials against the collection of unlawful information have been pushed back all the way to 2025.

That Prince Harry’s fight against the illicit acquisition of information will not go to trial until another year comes as a major blow to him and his fans. His efforts to take the scrutinizing media coverage to court served as proof that the Prince was profoundly affected and, ultimately, had enough of such invasive coverage. This also helped the Sussexes weather out the accusation of cashing out on their royal England experience.
While the courtroom battle was in full fledge earlier this year with the Spare author making waves with his return to his home country, it will now be a long time before he makes a visit. That is, if he chooses to visit at all.

Since stepping down as senior royals and the passing of the late queen, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have made significantly fewer visits to the United Kingdom. The only visits made by Prince Harry to his home country were for King Charles’ coronation and for court hearings. Now that there will be no trial until 2025, there is almost no reason for the Duke to return to the U.K., except for one: a reconciliation.

While there have been no improvements on the reconciliation front, fans still remain hopeful. Given that Prince Harry did say that he was willing to have a conversation and King Charles also did not remove him from his Father’s Day post, there may still be a chance for a royal family reunion. Especially if the Sussexes do not find success in the United States.
