The legal drama between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni has taken a drastic turn. The legal tensions between the two actors have been simmering since 2024, which has had an impact on both actors’ personal and social lives. Yet despite the mounting pressure, Lively’s latest social media post suggests she is choosing a very different tone.

Lively has recently shared a post showering love on her husband Ryan Reynolds and his football club Wrexham AFC.

On March 28, Blake Lively took to Instagram and posted some pictures of her and her loved ones enjoying a gala time in Wrexham. She was also joined by her sister, apart from her husband, Ryan Reynolds, as seen in the photographs she shared. They all seemed to have a good time in the pictures.

“So grateful for the best week with my loved ones,” she wrote in the caption. She also thanked the Wrexham AFC team and the stadium staff for an enjoyable experience. Her caption encapsulated her experience and her admiration for the people involved in providing such a great experience. 

Lively went to Wrexham to watch Ryan Reynolds’ football club, Wrexham AFC, play Premier League team Chelsea in the FA Cup fifth round face-off. Watching from a luxury suite at the Racecourse Ground, Reynolds and Lively looked happier than ever despite Wrexham's defeat in the match.

Lively’s Instagram posts have been on hiatus since November 2025, and this marks her first post on the platform in 2026. 

Due to her continuing legal dispute with director and co-star Justin Baldoni of It Ends with Us, Blake Lively has not made many public appearances in recent months. She has also been rarely active on social media lately. It took four months after the actress posted a pre-Thanksgiving date night selfie of the two on November 26 for Reynolds and Lively to make their most recent public appearance. 

In December 2024, Lively filed a lawsuit against Baldoni, claiming retaliation and harassment, which Baldoni has refuted. In response, he countersued her for defamation, alleging that she has been slinging false accusations at him. The matter is still in the court, and a final verdict is still awaited. The time spent with her family in Wrexham gives her a reprieve from all the legal fights between her and Justin Baldoni.
