Since 1987, Jennifer Aniston has been an active part of the legacy of Hollywood. From Friends to The Morning Show, the American diva has been through an exciting journey. While the entire world is still crushing over the brilliantly adorable actress, she has given the world a lot to love about her. One of the greatest things her fans love about her is her humble attitude. However, surely it did not come to her easily.

After being in the industry for 36 years, the Friends actress shared the one important thing she learned throughout her roller coaster ride.

The now 54-year-old actress has seen great friendships, love, struggle, and heartbreaks during her stardom. Despite all the suffering, she did not lose faith as she learned this amazing thing about survival. As she told WSJ Magazine, “Not to give a sh*t about what people think. ‘Cause people love to think a lot of things about me.” Learning to ignore what others say about you is extremely hard, especially if you are into show business.

However, as the actress revealed, she learned it anyway. After all these years, at this point in her career, for the first time, Aniston is visibly active in her role as an actor and entrepreneur. She co-owns a production house named Echo Films, which she aims to be involved in more than she used to be. Moreover, she serves as an executive producer for her Apple Original series, The Morning Show, as well.

In another interview, she even spoke about how she gained the strength to stand up for herself.

Often, if a person stands up for themselves, they would be seen as egoistic or bossy. However, Aniston found her way through the notion and took a stand for what she believed she deserved. In a May interview with the same magazine, she revealed there was a time in her career when she realized “it’s not being aggressive or combative or bi*chy or emotional to stand up for what you deserve and what you want.”

Although it was hard to be loved and respected even while standing up for oneself, she did it gracefully. Now, she manages her work life with the perfect balance between acting and producing. The Horrible Bosses actress also admitted she did not feel divided. Instead, she loved being a part of the entire creative process and continues to do so.
