The film is produced by Steven Knight, Caryn Mandabach, Cillian Murphy, and Guy Heeley, with principal photography beginning on 30 September 2024 at Digbeth Loc Studios in Birmingham and across the West Midlands.

Additional filming took place in October 2024 at the former Pilkington Watson Street works in St Helens, Merseyside, and production wrapped on 13 December 2024, completing the Shelby saga’s cinematic return.
