After the tremendous takeover by Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, Wrexham AFC has been climbing the ladder of success. Although while climbing one of the steps, the star player of the team, Paul Mullin, unfortunately, suffered a severe injury. Along with the owners of the club and fellow players, Mullin has been in his fans’ prayers as well. It appears their unwavering faith and persistent prayers have finally been granted.

Earlier, during Wrexham FC’s friendly match against Manchester United, the English player got hurt. Because of his injury, he had to go under surgery as well. Although the 28-year-old player is currently recovering, there is a piece of good news for his fans. The team manager, Phil Parkinson, told the press Paul Mullin was recovering well. He even mentioned the player was ahead of the estimated recovery time.
“Mulls had a Zoom call yesterday with the specialist and there are no complications with his lung, and his ribs are healing really well.
“He’s ahead of schedule but we aren’t going to put a specific timeframe on it because we want him to keep progressing.” 3/3

While Parkinson did not mention the specific time of the return of Paul, he certainly informed the media there were no major complications with his ribs or lungs as reported by Marca.
Paul Mullin is one of the strongest players on the Welsh football team. However, there might be weeks rather than months until fans of the talented player would see him on the field again.
To make sure that their star player returns in time for their big matches in League two, the owners of the club have been doing their part.
