Life, for Meghan Markle, has hardly followed a predictable script since her days on Suits. What began as a steady rise in television turned, rather swiftly, into a story involving royalty, resignation, and a relocation to California. From her 2018 marriage to Prince Harry to stepping back from royal duties in 2020 and stepping into new ventures, Markle’s life has unfolded in a way that invites observation.

Among those observing is her former co-star Patrick J. Adams, who has now shared his perspective on just how much has changed.

Patrick J. Adams recently sat down with Amanda Hirsch for an episode of the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast. During the conversation, he was asked about his former co-star, Meghan Markle, with whom he worked for nearly seven seasons on the show Suits. Recalling that time, Adams admitted that a lot has changed for the actress in all these years.

“What she's gone through is insane," he said.

Markle played the role of Rachel Zane in Suits from 2011 to 2018. After her exit from the show, she later appeared in the Netflix documentary series Harry & Meghan in 2022, and later, she returned with her own show, With Love, Meghan. As for Markle’s personal life, she and Prince Harry also became parents to two children, Archie and Lilibet. Amid these new developments in their personal and professional life, what has continued to follow them is constant media attention.
