Off Campus did not merely arrive on Prime Video; it practically moved into everyone’s dorm room. The romantic drama pulled in 36 million viewers worldwide within 12 days, becoming Amazon Prime Video’s third biggest series launch ever. It even became the platform’s No. 1 debut among women aged 18 to 34, beating early numbers for The Boys, Reacher, and The Summer I Turned Pretty.

Clearly, the creators noticed all that love, because Off Campus Season 3 is already in the works while Season 2 is still filming.

Off Campus is apparently treating one season as far too little campus drama. According to Jeff Sneider's InSneider Amazon Prime Video is already moving Season 3 into early development, with the streamer making offers to writers. That is quite the vote of confidence for a series whose second season is still filming.

Meanwhile, Season 2 is hardly sitting around waiting for its successor to catch up. Principal photography began on June 1, 2026, with production taking place at North Shore Studios and around Vancouver, including the University of British Columbia as fictional Briar University. The current chapter is scheduled to wrap by mid-September.

Jeff Sneider’s Season 3 update therefore arrives while Season 2 is still finding its footing, making the franchise look remarkably secure. With the second chapter expected in early 2027, Amazon Prime Video already has another class waiting in the wings. One might say Off Campus has become rather determined to make college last forever.

Mike Abdalla and Josh Heuston dating is certainly exciting, but the upcoming Off Campus seasons have plenty more romance and drama waiting in the wings.

The next Off Campus chapters are apparently determined to prove that college hockey players can have problems far more complicated than winning games. Season 2 puts Dean Di Laurentis and Allie Hayes together, where casual intentions meet inconvenient feelings, career anxiety, and enough emotional turbulence to make “no strings attached” sound adorably optimistic.

Then comes Season 3, with John Logan and Grace Ivers bringing their own romantic complications, personal pressures, and opportunities for spectacularly awkward mistakes. Logan will have friendships, family expectations, and his hockey future tugging him in several directions, while Grace will hardly be spared the emotional fallout. With both seasons moving forward, Off Campus has a lot more college chaos coming.
