Back in 2015, app developer James Shamsi created KardBlock, which is a browser tool designed to remove all Kardashian-related content from websites and social media feeds. According to the browser extension’s website, KardBlock filtered out anything linked to the famous family, including feuds, fashion updates, and viral headlines.

This was to help the users focus on more urgent news stories. The developer had also reportedly planned to add another feature that would block content related to Justin Bieber, as per Allure. This odd app sparked mixed reactions online, with some praising the idea while others found it extreme.

Over time, the tool faded from the internet, and little information is now available about its current status. In contrast to this opinion, there are several who cannot miss an update on the Kardashians. One such as Elle Fanning.

Speaking at the Critics’ Choice Awards 2026, the actress admitted that she admires how efficiently the SKIMS owner manages her life and wardrobe. She admitted that she is not as organized as Kim Kardashian but wishes she were. She revealed that she currently rents a couple of storage units to store clothing she has collected over the years.

Her praise proved that, from her business career to family and personal growth, Kim Kardashian knows how to balance everything in her life. This aspect of her personality is an inspiration even to the likes of Fanning.
