Meghan Markle built a solid acting career before stepping away from Hollywood, spending seven seasons playing Rachel Zane on Suits and even appearing on Chopped Junior in 2016. Since then, her entertainment journey has taken a culinary detour through Netflix's With Love, Meghan, while whispers of a grand Hollywood comeback continue circulating.
Some industry commentators have even invoked Angelina Jolie when discussing her ambitions. Now, the Duchess is returning to the kitchen through Junior MasterChef Australia, and co-star Poh Ling Yeow has finally addressed their working relationship.
Apparently, the alleged behind-the-scenes drama has encountered a rather inconvenient plot twist.

While Naughty but Nice's source claims this, Poh Ling Yeow has firsthand experience working with the former Suits actress, and her account tells an entirely different story. Speaking with Pedestrian.TV, Yeow dismissed rumors of tension during Markle's previous MasterChef Australia appearance and praised her ability to withstand relentless public scrutiny.
“The woman has a will of steel,” Yeow declared.
Explaining that witnessing the reaction to their earlier collaboration increased her admiration. The television chef also described their reunion as a satisfying response to reports suggesting they had experienced friction on set. So much for that alleged kitchen showdown. Someone apparently forgot to check the recipe before serving the gossip.
And while Markle prepares another television appearance, her Hollywood comeback has already taken an interesting cinematic turn.

Markle makes a brief appearance as herself, having filmed scenes in Pasadena in November 2025. Talk about Hollywood's favorite crossover event: a celebrity portraying herself in a movie exploring celebrity culture. Quaid subsequently described working with her as “insane” during an Entertainment Tonight interview, praising the atmosphere surrounding the ensemble.
Meanwhile, former agent Ari Emanuel revealed that WME colleagues were securing additional television opportunities for Markle although he did not identify specific projects. Close Personal Friends remains without an announced release date, while further acting opportunities remain speculative.
