The pristine tiles of Prince Harry's royal chambers glistened for the last time to their absolute zenith as he and Meghan Markle made an appearance at Westminster Abbey in 2020 before ultimately crumbling. Following the unforeseen monarchial disengagement, the Duke and the Duchess, despite the constant rumors of dispossession, continued to hold on to their royal thread.

While Prince Harry may be constantly polishing his royal thread with visits to his home country, it seems that amidst the Buckingham brouhaha, he has taken the monumental decision to denounce the United Kingdom as his home.

Ever since Prince Harry etched his name into history books by moving to the United States with his wife, his loyalty towards his country has always remained in question. But it seems after the zillionth round of 'pick one: the UK or the US', Prince Harry has made the decision to name the United States as his primary residence as reported by the DailyMail.

The Duke has updated his housing records following his court statement about the United Kingdom being his 'home'. Although this news could not have come at a worse time for the royals, it does not have anything to do with the chaos back in Buckingham Palace. In fact, as per the documents cited by the source, the Duke listed this change back in June 2023, just months after King Charles evicted him from Frogmore Cottage.

In the first series of changes that King Charles decided to make following his long-awaited coronation, he chose to evict his son from their home in the United Kingdom. This came as quite a shocker, given the reiterated statements by Prince Harry regarding him paying his taxes out of his pockets. Despite facing many strong contenders, this marked the Frogmore Cottage eviction as one of the most severe blows by the royals to the Sussexes.

While there is no denying that Prince Harry and his ties with his family have severed drastically in recent times, hope still lingers. Post the announcement of his health conditions and Kate Middleton's health, it seems King Charles has made a place for Prince Harry in his heart and maybe even in the Palace.
