Michelle Williams has been cast in Damien Chazelle’s next feature film, which also stars Daniel Craig and Cillian Murphy. Michelle Williams has a stacked 2026 lineup headlined by A Place in Hell, a legal thriller from writer-director Chloe Domont. She stars as a seasoned criminal defense lawyer whose career is challenged when a younger lawyer joins the firm. Daisy Edgar-Jones and Andrew Scott complete the main cast. The Neon thriller opens in theaters on Christmas Day and marks Williams’ first major film release since her critically lauded television work. 

Additionally, along with Damien Chazelle’s untitled drama, she will also star in Nice Fish. It is an adaptation of the acclaimed stage play that marks Mark Rylance’s feature directorial debut.
