Recently, Australian TV hosts Alison Piotrowski and Clint Stanaway from The Today Show, as reported by Daily Express UK, shared some brief comments about the video. Stanaway compared Meghan Markle’s attitude to the internet response to the ideology of the former Queen of England, Elizabeth, saying, "I mean, the late Queen did say, 'Never complain, never explain'". During her lifetime, Queen Elizabeth publicly acknowledged the motto, as well as implied it in her lifestyle and decision-making.

Though this is mighty praise, the hosts also shared some unwanted negative statements about how the Duchess should not have made this moment public and other remarks that, according to the report by Express UK, did not go down well with the fans. However, unfazed by the controversy, Meghan Markle has a nonchalant reaction to the attention towards the video that she posted to celebrate her daughter. Apart from sharing a heartwarming moment, the video also debunked a speculation that swirled around Princess Lilibet's birth.
