Meghan Markle Starrer ‘Suits’ Creator Announces Revival of the Series Following the Staggering Netflix Success

If we think of legal dramas, Suits is likely the first one that pops up in
anyone’s mind. The legal drama that brought Meghan Markle
[https://netflixjunkie.com/tag/meghan-markle] into the spotlight has broken
records since hitting US Netflix. The show pushed back all the popular series
including Wednesday and Stranger Things,
[https://netflixjunkie.com/tag/stranger-things/]taking the first spot on the
streamer. It was indeed an astounding success, considering it ended years ago
and fans still keep it trending on the platform. Weeks after hooking viewers to
the high-profile cases in the corporate law world, the creator has dropped a new
bomb.

The latest reports inform the franchise is ready to return to the world of
streaming after four years of halt.

A NEW DAWN HAS ARRIVED ON THE HORIZON FOR THE SUITS FRANCHISE

Deadline recently rolled out an exclusive report
[https://deadline.com/2023/10/new-suits-tv-show-franchise-1235571729/] regarding
the Suits franchise that went off the air in July 2019. It revealed show creator
Aaron Korsh is planning a comeback joining hands with NBCUniversal. It is
important to note that there will not be a spin-off or reboot, but a Suits
universe series. The show will be a fresh start featuring new characters to
resolve fresh cases in new locations. According to the sources, they are
considering Los Angeles for setting up the workplace.

The project is still in early development, and Korsh is negotiating with the
companies to reach a quick decision. Suits first arrived in 2011 in the US and
ran for nine seasons. For the unversed, the show focused on Mike Ross, who finds
his way through New York’s competitive legal world. Patrick J. Adams played the
lead role and other cast members included Gabriel Macht, Rick Hoffman,
and Meghan Markle.

As of now, the series has claimed the historical top spot on the streaming giant
replacing One Piece

from its throne. Meanwhile, this news has come only days after Adams recalled
his time on the show.

MEGHAN MARKLE’S COSTAR PATRICK J. ADAMS HYPED REBOOT SPECULATIONS

Though Deadline has confirmed the workings of a new show to fans around the
globe, Patrick J. Adams stirred the internet weeks back with his tease. The
42-year-old shared a series of pictures from the show on his social media with
the cast and the Duchess of Sussex, who abandoned her acting career years ago.
He reminisced about the time they had fun on the sets and captioned the picture
saying, “I miss my friends”.

The post has been deleted now, but one picture showed Markle lying on the floor
with her feet resting on a cabinet. This post by the actor intrigued fans, who
started asking him if they all were returning on the screen again. Fans could
not stop themselves from speculating that the Royal Highness might be coming
back to the industry. However, the latest news made it all clear that the show
was returning, but not her.
