While many of her friendships have fallen apart with a loud thud

Meghan Markle Returns to Hollywood Without Any Show of Support From Long Time Friend Priyanka Chopra

Among the many reasons behind why Meghan Markle and Prince Harry
[https://www.netflixjunkie.com/tag/prince-harry/]‘s marriage created such a wave
was the fact that Markle was actively working to make a prominent Hollywood
career. This also was the reason why, on one hand, there was an out-pour of love
from celebrities and, on the other, an outcry by certain journalists. But
suddenly it’s all quiet on the Hollywood front for Markle. And the most
surprising silence comes from the Duchess’ loudest supporter, Priyanka Chopra.

The Citadel actress and her friendship with Markle was among the most
highlighted of the Duchess’ relationship. And unlike the larger crowd, Chopra
did not seem to mind her association with Meghan Markle
[https://netflixjunkie.com/tag/meghan-markle]. She was unabashed in her support
for the Suits actress even if that meant schooling a television host live.
However, the actress’ silence is ringing louder than words as Markle faces one
debacle after another.

a nod from Priyanka Chopra will be nothing short of a life-saving boat. But
despite the royal barrier having been lifted, the actress has not as much as
spared Meghan Markle a glance.

According to the relationship expert, Kate Mansfield’s statement to The Mirror
[https://www.mirror.co.uk/3am/us-celebrity-news/meghan-markle-outgrew-close-pals-30719245],
this may be a result of Markle outgrowing her friends.

While she may have not associated with the Duchess of Sussex, Chopra is keeping
the tradition of turning heads at Wimbledon alive. And as she attended this year
in just as grand a manner as her last visit, netizens, what could have happened
between the two?

WHAT HAPPENED BETWEEN MEGHAN MARKLE AND PRIYANKA CHOPRA?

While it holds a whole new meaning now, given how celebrities are turning their
backs on her one by one, this is not the first time news of a rift between
Markle and Chopra made headlines. This was also the case when Piers Morgan
claimed that the Duchess and he had been very close up until she joined the
royal family. And Chopra’s open confession about her friendship had been a great
support.

Given how their friendship did not fade away during the time Markle found
herself surrounded by the high walls of a palace, it is unlikely it will fade
now. And Markle, not asking Priyanka Chopra to feature in the Harry & Meghan
docuseries or gasp at her show of support like she did with Beyonce, may just be
a product of the Citadel actress being busy. After all, she is one of the most
sought-after actresses in Hollywood.

Her love affair with Hollywood began with Anne Hathaway and The Princess Diaries, but it was the thrilling climax of Don’t Look Up that cemented her infatuation with the industry and its filmmaking. Aliza's journey into entertainment reporting began with her time at Otakukart, where she wrote over a thousand articles. Her writing style is cheeky and engaging, as seen in her report "Somewhat Alarmed," where she narrates Jimmy Kimmel's hilarious story of how Jason Bateman tricked him into gecko-sitting. Aliza's ultimate dream is to study and critique films that capture her imagination and the attention of movie-goers worldwide. When she is not busy binge-watching Sacha Baron Cohen movies and The Office, she loves to curl up with a weathered copy of a Khaled Hosseini or Indu Sundaresan book.
