Meghan Markle Pulls a Princess Diana as She Shows off Her Heartfelt Gesture in Lasting Tribute to Her Royal Journey

Life is not always a walk in the park, and Meghan Markle
[https://netflixjunkie.com/tag/meghan-markle] and Prince Harry
[https://www.netflixjunkie.com/tag/prince-harry/] have certainly weathered their
share of storms while navigating a challenging royal exit and exploring new
horizons. Prince Harry was deeply scarred by his mother’s tragic passing, which
led him to become a passionate advocate for mental health. Markle also drew
significant inspiration from Princess Diana, not only in terms of fashion but
also in the values and principles she held dear, akin to those of the late
Princess of Wales.

Despite the constant onslaught of negative tabloid media and their numerous
public appearances, the royal couple has always exuded humility. Markle, in
particular, has had countless opportunities to display her down-to-earth nature,
and time and again, she has done just that.

MEGHAN MARKLE GRACES WITH HUMILITY IN A LETTERMAN JACKET

A letterman jacket perfectly encapsulated the display of humility. Meghan Markle
sported a sporty jacket that epitomized a collegiate style. Not only was this an
amazing fashion choice, but also an ode to Princess Diana, who also added her
unique touch to collegiate fashion by donning a Philadelphia Eagles jacket in
the 80s and 90s. The Duchess of Sussex graced Brooklyn with her presence during
her visit to the Marcy Lab School. The humble touch was the fact that she chose
to wear the very same jacket that had been gifted to her during her visit to
Robert Clack School on International Women’s Day in 2020.

the royal couple visited the school on World Mental Health Day to support an
alternative college program. This aimed at helping young black and brown
students access tech sector opportunities. In an intimate discussion with
students, the Duke emphasized the importance of mutual support and having fun in
life. Markle addressed the potential and vulnerability in online spaces for
building communities, expressing hope in the capabilities of young minds. The
couple’s visit aligned with their Archewell Foundation’s efforts to enhance the
online world.

Notably, this is not the only time the royal couple has advocated for mental
health. The Sussexes, owing to their own struggles, have consistently spoken out
about their own mental health challenges.

THE ROYAL DUO CHAMPIONS MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS

During an interview, Markle shared her experience with severe depression during
her pregnancy with Prince Archie, including constant thoughts of suicide. She
initially hesitated to seek help due to concerns about her husband’s and the
royal family’s reactions. However, when she finally reached out to them and the
HR department for support, her pleas were reportedly met with indifference, with
the royal family suggesting that it would not be good for their image. However,
connecting with her husband helped her a lot.

Prince Harry also opened up about his ongoing battle with anxiety, stemming from
his mother’s tragic death. He disclosed experiencing panic attacks and severe
anxiety, exacerbated by the constant presence of cameras. Initially, he did not
know how to deal with his struggles, resorting to drugs and alcohol as a coping
mechanism. However, therapy eventually provided him with the tools to confront
his challenges and heal.
