Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have long been labeled as the estranged royals. But despite leaving their official duties, the Sussexes have held onto their royal patronages and still maintain a strong presence due to their affiliation with the royal family. Ever since whispers started circulating about their potential return to the UK to celebrate the anniversary of Invictus, there has been a significant amount of speculation about whether the bitterness in their family ties will finally thaw.

Whether the reunion materializes or not is something only time will reveal, but it seems the Sussexes have no intention of severing their ties with the UK anytime soon.

Many of the controversies surrounding the Sussexes have arisen due to miscommunication and misinformation spread in the media. And Meghan Markle and Prince Harry seem to have found just the right solution to prevent any further discrepancies. The Californian couple has recently added Charlie Gipson to their team as a communications executive, as per a report by Mirror. The hiring of Gipson, based in the UK, is a clear hint that the royal couple, despite their feud with the family, are not cutting ties with the UK anytime soon.

The British executive is set to assume the crucial role of Director of Communications and will act as the main point of contact for British media inquiries. This news arrives at a time when fans are placing all their hopes on a potential reunion between the Sussexes and the royal family, with now even King Charles reportedly yearning to mend fences with his estranged family. And if the hiring of Charlie Gipson seems far-fetched for the Sussexes' intention, there have been other subtle signals from the couple as well.

Prince Harry has been embracing the American lifestyle for the past fewyears now, and the prospect of him taking full American citizenship is more than just gossip doing rounds among fans. It is something that even the Duke himself mentioned in his interview with Good Morning America earlier this year, and he made it clear that it is not something on his priority list right now. Even Journalist Lee Cohen shared some skepticism about whether the Prince will indeed proceed with his plans to become a US citizen in February.

As reported by OK! Magazine, Cohen did not mince words while asserting that he does not think "Meghan will let him do that," as such a move could impact their standing. Despite multiple reports suggesting Meghan Markle has still not been able to forgive the royals, it seems she and her husband are down to mend fences with the British public, or at least, improve their communication with them.
