Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are strengthening their mission to protect children from online dangers through their Archewell Foundation’s Parents' Network, which is partnering with ParentsTogether, a national nonprofit advocating for family and digital safety. The collaboration, revealed by PEOPLE, comes amid new research highlighting the urgent need for stronger parental support and legislation against AI-related risks, with studies showing that investigators posing as children on chatbots encountered harmful interactions every five minutes.
Launched in 2022, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Parents' Network was created as a support community for US families who lost children to social media-driven suicide or whose kids suffered due to harmful online content. The new partnership with ParentsTogether aims to expand that initiative’s reach and impact, helping more families navigate the evolving digital landscape and fostering a safer and more responsible online environment for children. Alternatively, while the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s latest project with children, as revealed by PEOPLE, is about social media, this is not their only venture focusing on kids.
The couple, parents to two young children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, also recently announced a documentary spotlighting African kids.
