Safe to say, the political thriller Paradise has managed to keep everyone on the edge of their seats until the very end. Questions about who killed the president and what truly lay beyond the bunker simmered in a slow burn throughout the first season. It all came to an explosive conclusion, revealing many of the answers fans had long been waiting for. Yet, it also held back just enough to keep the intrigue and excitement alive for what comes next.

And now, that next chapter is finally here. While there may not be a single killer lurking in the shadows anymore, new dangers continue to emerge in Paradise, and fresh faces promise to bring deeper truths to light. Here’s a look at who is returning for the new season and the new names joining the thrilling ride.

Sterling K. Brown as Xavier Collins: Xavier Collins is the head of security for President Cal Bradford, who found the president dead in his bedroom. As for K.Brown, he is well known for his roles in Black Panther (2018) and American Fiction. 

Julianne Nicholson as Sinatra: The tech billionaire is played by Nicholson who is known for roles in Ally McBeal and Kinsey.

Her character was shown to be shot during the end of first season. However, she is confirmed to return for the second season. 

Nicole Brydon Bloom as Special Agent Jane Driscoll: Bloom plays the role of an agent and undercover assassin in the show. However, many might remember her for her performance in The Gilded Age and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

Enuka Okuma as Teri: Teri is Collins’s wife in the series. Enuka Okuma often appeared as Teri in the series for flashback scenes. Earlier, she appeared in Battle of the Se--- and The Sleepover.

Sarah Shahi (Alias) as Dr. Gabriela Torabi.

Aliyah Mastin (Honey Girls) as Presley Collins

Thomas Doherty,  Michael McGrady, and Shailene Woodley are also set to join the series. The entire cast was recently spotted together for the premiere, which was held at the Paramount Theatre in Los Angeles. Julianne Nicholson, who is pregnant also joined the cast for the event.

While the cast is already revealed to the fandom, there is much hype about what lies in the next season. 

Paradise season 2 is set to pick up right after the events of the first season. After Xavier finds out that his wife might be alive, he will set out from the bunker in search of Teri. His journey will also take him to find out about survivors and how they managed to survive in the outside world after The Day. 

Season 2 of Paradise promises to take Xavier’s journey to a bigger and more intense direction. With new characters, returning favorites, and fresh mysteries, there is much to expect.
