The hype around the upcoming movie is also much about the reunion of the original Scary Movie cast.

Anna Faris as Cindy Campbell: Faris is an actress and producer well known for her roles in The House Bunny and What's Your Number? However, the Scary Movie franchise fandom might remember her as Cindy. While she did not appear in Scary Movie 5, Faris is ready to return as Cindy for the upcoming movie.

Regina Hall as Brenda: Hall, who had appeared in all the first 4 Scary Movie films, did not reprise her role in the 5th installment. However, the actress, known for her roles in Think Like a Man and Girls Trip, is returning for the hilarious and scary ride in Scary Movie 6.

Marlon Wayans as Shorty Meeks: Marlon Wayans, who wrote the script for the upcoming movie with Shawn Wayans and Keenan Ivory Wayans, will also star in it.

Shawn Wayans as Ray Wilkins: Shawn Wayans, known for The Wayans Bros., will join Marlon Wayans for the movie. He was also part of some of the previous Scary Movie films.

Lochlyn Munro (The Predator) as Greg.

Dave Sheridan (Spy Intervention) as Doofy Gilmore.

Jon Abrahams (Clover) as Bobby Prinze.

As reported by People, Damon Wayans Jr., Heidi Gardner, and Kim Wayans are among the new names expected to join the cast of Scary Movie 6. Cheri Oteri and Chris Elliott, who have appeared in some of the previous Scary Movie films, could also appear in the upcoming film, as per Deadline. Clearly, it is a star-studded cast, but apart from this, what truly has fans on edge is something different.
